ha ha Barfridge!
Don't worry, with Italian bikes not all is what it seems.
I was reading the other day that one factor which sent Bimota broke (along with the vdue) was a whiz bang satellite based communications system they were setting up to communicate with their dealer network! Wah?!?!?!?Click here to see my Ducati 999R in the PSB garage... You'll love it!

Here's some videos of various Bimotas: ‚ç‚¢‚إ‚،‚ٌ‚®ƒiƒrپFپmƒIپ[ƒgƒoƒCپnsideriver
They look to be done by Motocorse or something.
Speaking of Motocorse, they have a nice looking SB8R: ،ع³عإ·»ش¾ى،غbimota SB8R (USED MOTO)،§MOTO CORSE
It's Y1,680,000 which is around $AUD16,200.
And a SB8K: ،ع³عإ·»ش¾ى،غbimota SB8K GOBERT (USED MOTO)،§MOTO CORSE
For 2,782,500 (~$AUD26,800)Click here to see my Ducati 999R in the PSB garage... You'll love it!

It is owned by someone who owns a Yamaha dealerhip (Midland Yamaha I think). It was at the Yamaha shop up the back or something. I called them to find out if it was for sale and if I remember correctly it was $29k or something. When it was at Rick Gills they were asking something like $22k. The owner was apparantly in no rush to sell, which explains the price. There was some discussion about the compliance of the bike - some people here thought it couldn't be complied but the owner says it's registered so that one's still up in the air.Click here to see my Ducati 999R in the PSB garage... Here is mine, a 2000 model still new in crate when I picked it up earlier this year for less than the cost of a 1098. There are also a couple of new 2000 model DB4ie models here in the US for about $12,000 USD.

Welcome dnovo, it didn't take you long to find the mysterious PSB! I have been lurking at ducati.ms lately whilst contemplating my next purchase and have enjoyed reading your posts in the Bimota section! I love Bimotas but have never quite gotten to purchase one.Click here to see my Ducati 999R in the PSB garage... You'll love it!
