    as much as it hurts i have been working too hard (or been made to !!!!)and its been way too hot so like most white people we leave it till its in emergency or at desperate levels before action happens ,you know like the Cain toads ..............Has Rained,Cool and long week end ...................etc so had to happen.

    Cant wait for a ride so off out tommorrow

    Well finally did the valves and yes they were out by.1 so quite a bit ......... Thanks for all info and the video was awesome regards dazza , now I can go riding :-)

    Nah, I'm leaving my valves alone for the moment.

    Got the shock out getting serviced now. Next job after that is headstem bearings.

    Thats Low hard and cold Smitto, i only took the piss out of 2 strokers that particular week end , then Calmer visited and struck me down like the dog it can be LOL^_^^_^^_^^_^So it wasnt the bike now was it? it was calmer reminding me 2 strokes still rock apart from the fact not many people have the skill to ride them

    Please mate dont explain you at least have the quality to ride a duke and thats how a crf can be ........a bit quirky by nature and yes fun to ride so no grey house colours or clothes here

    most important thing is to use a very acurate tension wrench when doing down the cam cap bolts!!!!!!

    No fair smitto! Actually come to think of how many injuries do I have whilst riding with you? None I believe. How many injuries do you have while riding with me? At least one. Therefore I'm the better rider!
