  • Can R-E license holders carry a pillion?

    as title of thread, i was just wondering if i passed the R-E test and got my license, can i take a pillion around?

      as in. once im done with the RE assessment and on my 250 i can carry a pillion? do i need to have 2 years experience or something like that

        AFAIK R-E license means you can have a pillion.

          Nope, IIRC you can even pillion someone whilst on your learners... I would wait however until you've had a bit on time on your R-E.

            Once you've got your R-E licence, you can do whatever you like on a 250... Including carry a pillion.

              Yes, on a Western Australian R-E licence, you can take a pillion passenger.

              For the ever growing number of interstate members, check with your relevant licensing authority.
