• CWTK: Can you identify this headlight surround.

    Looks similar to a CRF250/450X

But the lens is a different shape?

    Thanks.

        It's from an overseas CRF250/450.

Australian Design Rules would require more light output than that, so local bikes would have had a different headlight.
One owner. Only driven gently on Sundays. Sold to best offer. First to see will buy. Reward offered for safe return. Coming soon to a cinema near you. Available for a limited time only.

My waterbed broke this morning. Oh, I don't have a waterbed. Bugger.

That's what I thought Phildo but from what I can tell from partzilla all the CRFX models have a had the same surround and a different lens. AU ED and A models.

We usually get different headlights here. One example was the XR400/650R - they sold overseas with a small headlight (like in the photo above), but we got a bigger headlight and different plastic surround here.

Do a Google search for Honda CRF headlight and then look at the images. You'll see the above headlight on plenty of overseas bikes. Then look at Australian bikes and you'll see a bigger headlight.

Alternatively, the above headlight might have come on a bike that was sold here with a headlight but not ADR compliant (CRF230?).

Did that couldn't see any they're similar but the glass is more of a trapezoid shape.
