would seem like a fairly straight forward qn but I think there is some leniency for people that work in in physically high demanding jobs and the persons build as well.

For the majority however if you have more than a four beers every night of the week, maybe slow down a bit.

drinking a six pack or so three nights out of the week your fine or 2-3 each night probably won't give you any adverse health problems.

But thats just my opinion, though it is based on observations made of the before and after for the last 9 years.

It depends on how many days you can go without a drink that determines your level...
