Just purely out of curiosities sake, Do you have a Religion? If so what would you class yourself as? Personally I fall somewhere between dualistic existentialism and Junian Gnosticism. Im guessing there is a very high % of atheists but id love to know. Please don't turn it into some giant religion bashing thread, we can make a thread in the funnies with pics if you want to do that.

The Theory of Evolution is a scientific theory. It is most definitely NOT a religion.

As with any scientific hypothesis there is no need for belief - merely study and understanding.

Evolution is the best theory that explains why we are here. No one has been able to postulate a better theory since 1859 when Charles Darwin first came up with it. Sure, it has been refined over time, but the basic theory stands up to any scrutiny.

PS - I believe that the world was created on 25 January 1964 (when I was born) by an invisible twin-headed God called Zplug who shoots flames out of his nostrils when angry.
