There seems to me a few green thumbs around here. So what tastey things do people have growing in their gardens?
I have (from memory)
Veggies:
Tomatos (cherry, sandwich, paste) - roma, black russian, amish paste, gross lissie, green zebra, garden peach and a whole heap of nameless others (variety seed pack ftw)
Chillies - Burke's Backyard thia chilli, jalepeno, serrano, herabano
Capsicum - Salsa, bananna, and other nameless ones (variety seed pack ftw)
Tomatillos
Corn
Zucchini
Spring onions - 2 types of red ones, one asian, one normal
Eggplants - white, striped, standard purple, itallian
Pumpkins - jap, butternut
Beetroot - golden globe, detroit
Carrots - baby, red dragon
Beans - runner, other type of stringless
Peas - sugar snap, snow
currently out of season
Garlic
Broad beans - coles dwarf and another type
Herbs:
sage
rosemary
garlic chives
apple mint
vietnamese mint
common mint
lemon balm
basil
parsely (tight curl)
corriander
lemon grass
Fruit trees:
Eureka Lemon
Tahisian Lime
Indian Guava
Fig
Rasberries
Blackberry (having a very hard time atm
- any tips would be great)
Strawberries
Blue berries - sharpe and misty
Red Globe Grape
White Grapefruit
Cape Gooseberry
Im sure there are a few others that I have forgotten
- silverbeet
- rainbow chard
- leaks
- celelry
- lettiuce - a few types
- spinach
I intend to replant the following now the catepillars arent around
- tatsoi
- red russian kale
- purple pak choi
- joy choi
My cabbage, cauliflower and broccoli was wtfpwoned by catepillars
