I understand from Dubs the Tag-It stickers are now in circulation...therefor.......

The Perthstreetbikes Forum is only promoting the tagging of private property that belongs to you or you have permission by the rightful owner to Tag.
I will leave the quoting of criminal law to the pros but have no doubt that if you decide to Tag public property or property of a person of which you have not obtained express permission, IT IS PROHIBITED BY LAW.
IE, although the sticker is not necessarily a permanent fixture, you could get busted and charged with an offence that will probably shit you off, give you a record, end up having a fine and/or imprisonment and your wife could leave you for your best friend..... No really...... I saw it on Springer once.
If you don’t get busted by the cops, the persons whose property you tag may not find the humour in it and perhaps even pursue you in the courts themselves to claim damages for any loss they may suffer by having a wheelie dood on their shit.
We must recommend that you don’t tag anything that is not yours *coff*. It is bad. The only legitimate reason I can see for you sticking a picture of something you tagged on this forum is to show as a lesson to others on what not to do so that we can all learn from your own stupidity. I even think it is in the old testament somewhere, in fact I am pretty sure the 11th commandment reads…“ Thou shalt not Tag Wheelie Doods on thy neighbours wife”.
If you Tag and get caught and busted you do so at your own risk and we can all point at you and go ha ha. The organisers, admins, moderators, servants, users and second cousins accept no responsibility for your actions which may result in you getting banged up the clakka by a big blek guy called bubba.
