There is a van like this in Perth, painted all black with a satalite dish on the top instead of the wings and all old computer, electronic stuff inside.

we used to do the flaming bike tyre thing by putting petrol on the rear tyre of our pushbikes and then irde down the hill at night....... looks mint, but ya have to ride fast, cause otherwise your bum burns....
