      only if he's gone to the trouble of rigging up brakes on the trolley
      any e-stop's gonna be a rear-weel skid, and desperately garbbing the trolley so it can't shoot off ahead.

                      all you'd have to do is weld the rear wheels of the trolley in place, set up a braking system on the same wheels (p'haps stoppers on a lever.... or sumthin), and that'd be damn handy
