So believe it or not, I'm not actually a huge eater, a lot of my non-sexual girth has been deposited there by consumption of too much beer.
Now aside from a single middy after work, I'm not really drinking at all, I've sincerely had enough of it so I know that is going to play a major part in my weight loss.
Which brings me to the point of this thread:
I'm quite happy eating a single meal a day, breakfast I never eat (it's either coffee or green tea), lunch I generally skip or have something incredibly small and for supper I'm having meat and veg with no sauces or creamy goodness.
I know this is probably bad for me and I'll get people telling me I'll die of malnutrition but if I'm genuinely not hungry (having anything more than a snack for lunch makes me feel stuffed and bloated and I have to force it down), is there anything actually wrong with what I'm doing?
I've just started exercising as well and I'm sure that will increase my appetite and fuel consumption but again, I'm not sure by how much and I doubt it'll be to the three meals a day extent.
I'm a shade under 6'3 and at the start of the season weighed ~118Kg, which is what I've been for a number of years.
Recently I've dropped some weight and am probably closer to 110 now.
Any info or opinions guys?
