dont waste your money. if you want to get bigger then eat more and more regularly, sleep enough, stay away from machines and lift heavy. protein shakes wont make you big they are just a diet supplement. dont look for the answer in a pill, theres no secret to getting big.

i take two types of protein shakes and work out at the gym following a schedule designed for me by a personal trainer. i just wont a little something extra. has anyone used these or know of anything better
