  • File extension *.max software

    Hi All,

I have a file which has the extension *.max. Does anyone know what software will open this? If not where to look?

It is for a fan curve diagram for a primary vent fan Underground.

    I have tried google.

    Cheers

    Dave

If you can't get the curve open let me know man I have a copy of the ABB2100VP curve somewhere round here.

Cheers Saul, the guys sent me one from ABB, ours is a 2400, I measured on friday when we shut it down. I'll give you a call on Monday, we saw some interesting things with the blade pitch.

Thanks Tyson, I am downloading in now.

Edit: Champion Tyson, opened it no worries!!!!!

I would be interested to see how your new curve compares to the ones we have on file. No doubt you saw some 'interesting' things with the angle of attack. Fill me in when you have a minute. They really are a dodgy fan.....

Also we have a brand new 2400 in the workshop straight from flakt if you need to see anything with the fan or impeller.

              Saul

P.S. If you catch me some crays this break I'll cook them

I know what you mean about the blades, 2 where of a different angle to the rest. They don't look like they have moved, i'll send some pics.

Yep fly out this arvo then off to get some crays tomorrow and prob sat. Maybe a little windy tomorrow arvo will wait and see. BOM has this great habit of getting the wind strength wrong.
