    shit crap!

    Does anyone know of a free program i can download that's just like iphoto?
    i.e. to upload photos from a digital camera to a Mac..

    Mine won't open and i need to upload photos nowwwwww

              You should just be able to open the camera in Finder. Then copy the photos onto your HDD.
              Feels good man.

                    parallels lets you run Windows XP on your Mac, which then will let you run Google Picasa: an awesome simple nice little program for organising photos.

                    but you're only trying to get them off the camera, so ignore all the above.
