  • MIrrorless camera's

Currently kicking around the idea of changing my DLSR to a Mirrorless item, looking at the Olympus EMD10 mainly for it been semi weather proofed however can be talked into something out of something else, nothing is firm. Current DLSR is a Pentax 200D does ok no video capability and is only running the standard kit lens which is a standard kit lens, the post photo review screen is a bit hit and miss too. So buying some fast glass is on the agenda as well, so thoughts experiences suggestions.

Why are you thinking to do so?

Smaller lighter video would be nice I guess, I am on the verge of buying some proper glass so if I want to change platforms now is the time to do it or stick with what I have.

The Sony stuff is supposed to be the bomb, I've always had Nikon stuff but it looks like Sony has stolen a march in the digital era.

Had 2 Canon DSLRs for some time.
Recently, bought a Sony a6500. I'm now shifting over to the Sony brand.
I think the quality of the electronic viewfinder pushed me over the edge. As well as the more compact body.
Even though the 6500 is a few years old now, it's good value as the new 6600 doesn't add much bang for bucks.
