  • Replacement Oven Element

    I cant seem to find anywhere that sells replacement oven elements (preferably out Midland/South Guildford way)?

    Any PSBers got some suggestions?

    look in yellowpages and ring :

    1..electrical wholesalers
    2..appliance repair shop.

    i ebay stuff like that to be honest - part arrives next day most of the time
    Increasing my carbon footprint - one 500 @ a time...

      theres a mod called "Appliance Parts centre" or something similar to that.


      edit - the one i was thinking of is called WA Appliance Parts.

        I actually tried unsuccesfully a few from yellowpages..

        Very little came up but I will try those different categories and see if that makes a difference.

                  Thanks for all the suggestions...

                  I rung up one place and they asked for the model no which is suppose to be on the oven door. But I spent 10 minutes looking for it this morning and couldn't find it!!!

                    mine is on a little badge on the inside rim on the door. Failing that, maybe have to wriggle the oven out and read on the side/back for the details. Depending on how its installed, you might have to unscrew a little cover to get the over to slide out.
