  • Find/Track someone down?

    Hi guys.

I recently had a business dealing with someone in which the person took demo goods for a test and was meant to bring them back. A contract was signed but unfortunately I've somehow lost his contact details and he hasn't done the right thing in returning the goods anywhere near the timeframe agreed upon in contract.

I've tried the obvious google and white pages but haven't had a lot of luck. I have the individuals name and profession but can't remember his employers name. I have found one piece of info on the net that I do believe relates to him but doesn't provide near on enough info for me to get anywhere.

I don't have any plans for retribution or anything of the likes. I simply want to contact him and remind him of the due date for the goods return.

Any tips on finding someone in this situation?

What's wrong with looking up his home address on the electoral roll? It's a pain to have to go into the actual building in the city but it's all 100% legal.
One owner. Only driven gently on Sundays. Sold to best offer. First to see will buy. Reward offered for safe return. Coming soon to a cinema near you. Available for a limited time only.

My waterbed broke this morning. Oh, I don't have a waterbed. Bugger.

Ok so I've had no luck getting a number.

Does anyone know a Lawyer by the name Cameron Clifton? I believe he may be a commercial/real estate lawyer. I just need to get some gear back from him in quick time. Nothing major.

                  2 minute google search:

Mentioned in this advertisement: Functions & Events
As having been senior litigation lawyer at this law firm: Martin de Haas Commercial Lawyers
AKA this law firm: Clifton Tham Pty Ltd - Osborne Park, WA - whitepages.com.au
Which funnily enough bears his name..

                  Maybe try contacting them?

                    and funnily he specialises in:

"Mr Clifton's principal areas of practice include insolvency, contractual disputes, commercial negligence claims and debt recovery."

Go ahead and play the blues if it'll make you happy.

ABNLookup - Historical details for 16916291099

PM me for his address, couldn't find a phone number.

Edit: But I did find phone numbers for his old housemates if you want to try and get his number off them.

Yeah got all those snippets, but something came up and I need a contact for weekend hours, not business hours.

                        Expect a pm mate.
