  • How often do you exercise

    As the title says, just curious how often you are doing any exercise each week.

    On rig everyday.

    At home, try to every night if allowed!!!

      Currently 3 times a day.
      My mum always used to say, when life hands you lemons "kill mob within spell duration with a soul gem of adequate quality for the mob's level to trap its soul"

        Try to do some form of exercise every night atm.

          6 x a week, your body needs atleast 1 day rest

            At the moment Im thrashing it doing 3km in the morning then 1 hr in the gym in the arvos then another 3km after that wallking the dog.

            Its overkill I know but Im trying to lean up once and for all.

            Also I misrepresented- Im doing that about 5 times a week and then just walking about 3km on the other days.

              - Will hit the gym weights, normally a couple of times per week, been a bit lax lately though.

              - Rock climb at least once a week.

              - On the days I don't do either the above I go for a run.


              Can't stand not exercising, I'm less happy when I haven't been active.

                Friday and saturday nights at work gets crazy, I'm constantly running stuff for the bars up 1 or 2 flights of stairs. Fairly strenuous exercise actually, but that's all I do. I'd probably do some proper exercise if i had a desk job.

                  2 hour sessions of hockey training, twice per week... plus a game...

                  then weights 2-3 times per week on top of that

                    2x/week: Gym.

                    5x/week: ~5km brisk walk (wearing 30kg of lead) or ~5km jog.

                            once a week at the moment .. it makes it hard to get motivated when there is such a long break in between.

                            (I dont count walking a few blocks from home to the shops on the weekend to do the shopping)

                              Might occasionally run home from the pub. So about 500 metres every 2 or 3 days.

                              How do you all do it and stay motivated?! IS CRASSY!
