Who else is on one? and how ya going?

when i went on my honeymoon i was a fat bastard, i put on that much weight from when i tried on my suit to the big day, i barely fit in. literally JUST fit in,
    some photos are shockers

so im going to KL in MAY 2010,

ive decided to get as fit as i can in the next 6 months, so this time, when i get photos on the beach, i wont have locals trying to carve meat of me to put in their soup

    so heres the go:

6:00 1 pce of toast with egg, cup of grean tea and multi V
7:30 1 cup of musli with full cream milk, cup of green tea
    9:00 100g tin of tuna
10:30 small tub of natural low fat yoghurt and 1 x banana
12:00 200-300g of chicken breast, 100-200g of vege, small amount of pasta or rice.
    2:00 protein shake,
5:30 100-200g of chicken orl ean red meat, 100-200g of vege, cup of green tea
    7:30 protein shake.

2 meals off a week (but dont go rediculous)

    excercise routine
mon heavy weights chest and bi's
wed heavy weights back and tri's
    fri heavy weights shoulders legs
    sun inline hockey (cardio)

the goal is to retain or put on weight, but still achieve a 6 pack.

    im currently 73kg
i will keep a diary to track my progress at home,

    wish me luck

    Good Luck

Exercising that much with that much protein will see you add alot of weight as well, sometimes good, sometimes not(un used protein turns into fat)

Hell, you could probably completely skip the weights and just do cardio + situps + pushups and achieve the results, but do you want to bulk up as well as get a 6(8 maybe?) pack?

And drink heaps of water, if you feel hungry have a sip, just enough to keep your mouth satisfied(no homo).

And my diet is strictly whatever is available
Success is nothing more then taking advantage of an opportunity.

        cheers mate,
yeah i drink between 2-3lt water a day,
ive tried bulking up in the past, and im a real hard gainer,
if i could get to 80kg with a 6 pack id be super stocked,
but the goal is a lean 75kg with a six pack.
i do leg raisers and sit ups between sets to keep the heart rate up during a work out.
the goal is, small gains each month over a long time is big gains hehe
        more a lifestyle change,
except when im in KL ill be eating nothing but satay and curries

Wow, that is a lot of food. I'm 72kg now and eat two eggs scrambled for breakfast, a couple of coffee's during the day and a steak or chicken breast with some vegie's for dinner. Sometimes I'll have a couple of Jim Beams at night but that is it. I work out three times a week and play golf on saturday's.

If I ate what you're eating I'd be 89kg again in no time.

first of all i personally would lose as much weight as you wanted before you start to put on muscle.

Also i would do weights on body parts that compliment each other like tri's and bi's, back and chest

when you exercise your chest, your tri's are the secondary muscle workings
                      same with back and bi's
ive been told many things by various people who have impressive physiques, at the end of the day, i guess just take it all on and try and work out whats best for your body type. besides, your meant to change your routine freequently, so your body dosnt go into robot mode, you need to shock the muscles, so by changing your routine say bi-monthly, you may get better results,
although ive never been told by anyone to do the arms one day, chest back another etc etc, but everyone trains different.

You working out at night? Otherwise why the night time protein shake? That's just be excess protein if not.
