    If you live in an old area and have chooks, get the eggs checked for DDT. One of the more popular white ant chemicals in the "good ol' days".

    Farmers used to scoop out a bit of pine, put arsenic in and nail another piece over it and bury between house and fence. Check every couple of years and replace as required. Cannot get arsenic any more I think.

    Find one of our endangered species and make it a pet?

      Eggs affected by DDT are easy to tell, they don't have shells. Perfect! Just train the chooks to lay in the fry pan.
