    Just now...

At the end of my street, 44 year old man rider deceased at scene, lady pillion rushed to hospital in serious condition, 80 year old driver of car taken to hospital too.

The intersection bisects Marmion Ave at a set of light, with a feeder lane going North, so either someone ran some lights or someone pulled out in front of someone at the feeder lane.

Oh that is terrible. What a tragic few days.

All thoughts with the pillion, I hope she pulls through and the riders family and friends.

Thank gawd you posted! You can ignore my panicked sms, Bec.
Thought it most likely wasn't you or Rob - but had to check.

Deepest sympathies for anyone who may know these people. Hope the pillion pulls through.
        What a tragedy.

          Nope, we are ok, thanks.

Right at the end of our street though. Must be "messy" as they have closed road & the whole 1km either end!!

Jesus Christ another one. RIP rider. Hope the pillion pulls through.

Looks like my silly season riding ban is going to start early this year.

RIP rider .. best wishes to the pillion.
A man aged over 80-years-old was injured and taken to hospital after the sedan he was driving hit the motorcycle and went on to collide with two other vehicles.

A 41-year-old female pillion passenger on the motorcycle was injured in the crash and admitted to Joondalup Health Campus.

Marmion Avenue, near the Quinns Road intersection, is closed to all traffic travelling north, with diversions in place through Quinns Rocks and Merriwa.

just saw this on news.com.au and i thought there must have been some mistake caus i assumed the article was about last nights one, but with the facts wrong. Had to come back here to confirm that it is in fact yet another accident. Bloody awful time at the moment.

                            RIP.
