    Hi PSB community.

    My name is Sam and i am a Personal Health and Fitness Trainer. The role of a Personal Trainer (PT) is to help each client visualise their health and fitness goals and assist in achieving them. As a PT i assess each persons nutritional intake, medical history, exercise history and incorporate their goals into a lifestyle plan that will achieve the results they want.

    The world we live in at the moment is flooded with fast foods, poor exercise routines and this has put Australia into the number TWO seat in the race to be the fattest nation in the world. We all need to do something about our lifestyle. Make a start now.
