As a long time lover of all forms of motorsport, I am fully excited about Bathurst this week! I am having my first day off for more than 3 months. (I am working 7 days a week) and watching the race!

Who else has plans for the day?

Fuck what they are. They are still quicker than the Super Tourers were. The BMW's etc.

Its about the sport not the car. I wouldn't buy a commode or a falcrap but I love watching them race. Racing is swoit, even formula v's are good to watch racing!

Theres no point getting all elitist about what type of car it is. Its a good, close formula.

its about good competition, not the bestest fastest high techest machines known to man. thats F1 and we all know how boring that is...

i'll be watching... may not be your type of cars but they do lap the hill quickly and the racing is always close. Bring it on I say. Cant wait.

                              OH Yeah!

Steven Richards in his Castrol Perkins Commodore became the first car to break 300km/h down conrod yesterday.

Greg Murphy predicts his sub 1 minute 7 lap time will be eclipsed this weekend.

This is going to be a massive race. Get amongst it!
