    Life size, functioning AT-AT Walker...!

    Not quite yet, but someone has plans to build one!

    Mike Koehler promises lifesize AT-AT walker will be Ewok-proofed with anti-log technology | Herald Sun

    I think the author of the article is taking the piss a bit with:

    The 16m tall (some nerds experts put them at 23m) All Terrain Armoured Transports featured most famously in the attack on the Rebel forces' secret base on Hoth in Empire Strikes Back, where one tripped over a bit of rope and exploded.

    Another one makes a cameo in Return of the Jedi after a smaller version — an AT-ST — gets smashed by monkeys with logs.
    Hey that wasn't just "a bit of rope" they weren't just any old "monkeys" !

                        Uh.. The walkers on Endor that were disabled by the Ewoks were AT-ST's (All Terrain Scout Tansporter) rather than the AT-AT's seen on Hoth.

                              but there was at least one AT-AT on Endor, Luke was delived to Vader in one.
