  • V8 fireball at Barb's

Big crash at the start of first race today...
I was right in front of it, but looking through the lens down at turn 1. felt the heat, turned around and there it was!

Pretty crappy medical response for the driver in green. Seemed pretty obvious he was burnt, or at least wamer than he would like to be, and the only response from officials seemed along the lines of "Wait, you cant leave yet."
Go soothingly on the grease mud, as there lurks the skid demon! Press the brake foot as you roll around the corners, and save the collapse and tie up.

Yeah on the news this morning they said the pit guys got there way before any fire team (always possible as it was directly in front of the pit wall ) yet those pics show 2 guys with extinguishers running toward the crash from the vehicle with Auto One on it, was this a fire vehicle?
