  • Inaugral 50cc Zuma racing cup. (mario style home racing on my little garden track)

Ok race fans, ive been clearing space for my own little hotpatch driveway, border road, racing track affair.
Had two weeks off and ive got enough areas cleared for 200 metres worth of oval track with 2 long straights (well 60 or 70 metres) or a figure 8 with some mix of patch and dirt including some 90 degree turns and a small hill.
So Bathurst its not i freely admit but is longer than that crappy Belmont one and its all i have.
So the obvious thing to do is get some scooters and have a race day!
I realise half of you have real race bikes and go to Barbs but this is just a summer play arvo to full size Mario race, have a drink on your lap and just generally socialise and laugh at each others mistakes.
We have a Zuma and another entrant but figured a few PSBrs may have a scooter bunky around and want to join in some silliness.
Not sure on a date yet was going to see if anyone was interested and try and pick a date good for those involved sometime early December before christmas gets hectic.
So if anyones keen after fixing a date i will put this in loop so spectators etc can get in.
Obviously a Bbq beers etc would be part of the whole day.
I have refrained from making jokes about what may happen to someone etc due to 58 at Sepang on the assumption some of you are still mourning a personal fave, so maybe lay off the obvious jokes out of respect. For him and them.
Ask not what your country can for do you,
But what is your country going to do to you next?

Sounds like an awesome day! If we can coincide this with the next PSB scooter ride I'll be there for sure.

A few beers and complete disrespect for low powered scooters? What could possibly go wrong?
      In depending on date.
Brb, going to go looking for a race scoot.

Might see if I can snag a pocket bike to tend my loving mechanical hands to for this race
A motorcycle is a joy machine. It's a machine of wonders, a metal bird, a motorized prosthetic. It's light and dark and shiny and dirty and warm and cold lapping over each other; it's a conduit of grace, it's a catalyst for bonding the gritty and the holy.

sounds like something i would definitely be interested in, maybe should add a pocket bike to the stable of bikes building up in my shed??
I have heard of Sane women, but I have also heard of unicorns!!!

cool guys thats an awesome response, im certainly willing to let someone have few laps on the beast in a knock out comp if they wanna race but cant find a scooter.
i think slider buggies and beer cooler ride ons should be acceptable.
                  ok and pitbikes.
