A friend of mine has used Jamiesons.

I'm administering a deceased estate at the moment. Not sure why you want 3 valuations. I've got Hegneys from Subiaco to do a property valuation. You should only need one valuation from a licenced valuer- they charge fees!!!

There was another discussion here a while ago about wills, suggest you search for it- good info...

Hegneys, APC Valuers, M3 Property are all good valuers - my company uses them regularly.

Send me a PM, I should be able to get you a decent price for a value to be done.

Recently used HHG lawyers in West Perth for probate application and they were acceptable.

          FFS.

Just because one bloke knocks his missus off and gets away with it in court doesn't mean that you can do the same.

Can property valuers value properties retrospectively? Its all just to calculate cgt innit?

Retrospectively should be easier, because you can refer to history and nearology....
