As title States, looking for a new home,



I have these small requirments:



Min 2 Car lock up garage

3 / 4 Bed

2 Bath


A Undercover / Extra Shed - (Major Bonus but wont hold my breath)


No Pool...... ever


Central Location without the fear of being raped if I walk outside, I dont mind a rough neighbourhood as I ahve pleantly of bullets and cement, just need somthing central,


I didnt think it would be that hard...well it is, seems there is a bit of a housing shortage and things are being snapped up for silly price's


If anyone can help or knows of anything going around at the moment I would love to hear from you!


We would like to buy asap and ahve cash waiting for the right house

Do you want land?

Townhouse like this would be ideal if not. Doubleview is central to pretty much everything, and once Scarborough is finished it should be a pretty suave little spot and push prices up a bit.

Thanks, been looking at Bassendean seems like there is everything either 900K an up or 600K and down but nothing in the 700K with what we need, IE lock up garage

houses have been selling around the $450k mark in Cannington and surrounds with all of the above stated.

I have just sold mine and the one next door went for a tad more, not much back yard in these ones, but a few streets away, slightly older with bigger area, maybe $650k

But I guess you regard central as the slightly north of the Perth suburb, best of luck there

Also, try Bibra Lake There are quite a few 4 x 2 's here with good sized blocks for 500-600 close to murdoch / east side of fwy and very central
