I think I just "saw" a robbery at Phoenix Commonwealth Bank, about 12:20 today, I was rode home for lunch and on my way back there was cop cars screaming around everywhere, from Spearwood towards Phoenix shops and as I got closer to freo there were detective cars with lights flashing, headlights going and sirens (dont often hear D's sirens).
I was following the first copper in the paddy, he was doing 90kph down rockingham rd, lights and sirens blazing, so it must have been fairly urgent. And I think the D coming from freo (opposite direction to me) was going faster.
There were about 15 people crowded outside the bank and when the cops pulled in in their paddy the people were all pointing and running around and stuff.
I was gonna stop and be nosey cause I rode past there just 20 minutes prior and nothing was asqueue, but I didn't wanna get involved and end up going to courts or anything so I just came back to work.
Well that was my bit of excitement today, I guess we'll hear about it on the news tonight.
