ok I have a Unit avaliable for rent @ victoria park (near burwick st)
City View from today until above dates...
it was rented by my parents (holiday) but they now have left... the contract was until 6th/04/04
so I have 3 weeks to fill up. Its very close to City only 15minutes Bus trip or 10 minutes drive. and to burswood only 10 minutes.
Rent cost is $160 per Week... all furnished. has secure car park.
if you want to take it out for the night (after hard partying) or just for week/s.
