Daz it depends on if your motherboard can handle dual channel ddr. if it does handle dual channel ddr then go for the 2x256mb ddr ram. if the motherboard does not just get another 512mb of ram

Daz IMHO whack in another 512mb chip... gives u a gig.. nice amount of memory and easiest and cheapest way to go.

Just make sure you get the same DDR speed.. eg 2700? 3100? or what ever it is (long day brain no work no more)

else some boards have spacks about different rates.

then porn load quicker and game go quicker and daz be happy.
