Ok peoples... after many many conversations, I have yet to be convinced of one thing: LOVE'S Existence!
I have many arguments against.. I would like to hear anyone elses arguments both for, and against.
You see, I just cant understand how people "say" that they are in LOVE. When really they are just putting a word to the feeling they get from their hormones and chemical reactions inside their head and bouncing around inside their bodies.
They say that LOVE conquers all, however people that say that they were in LOVE sometimes end up hating each other in the end. Now if LOVE did conquer all, would it not conquer HATE?
In my observations, the word LOVE is often used as leverage in arguments... if LOVE was really present in those situations, would those people be using it to get their way?
I'm interested to hear anyones opinions on this subject.

but that does not mean it will NEVER change. i hope it doesn't, but there are far to many factors influencing the emotions to rule out the possibilty for ever. does love mean you are willing to compromise? is the love that you feel a mutual emotion, that the person you feel it for is reciprocating? can you love someone who is not your - and i hate to use the word - "soulmate", and can you love more than one thing at a time? all of the above things can be explained away with one or many other feelings or emotions. far too complex, and i for one am glad that some bloke decided that he would replace all of the above - and all there will be to follow - with one four letter word....
