I wouldn't think it should be running that hot. What's your case ventilation like? and have you opened it up recently? sometimes over time you can get an arseload of dust inside the case which stops things cooling down like they should.

But yeah, the reason it'll be reseting will probably be the motherboard CPU protection, it's got a setting where after the CPU hits a certain temperature, it shuts the system down to stop it frying itself.

Whats getting hot? Your heatsink on your video card or CPU? It most likely that your video card fan isnt spinning or not working. I had the same problem and i didnt fix it and had to buy a new video card.

If it is your CPU check if the heatsink is acutally in contact with CPU.

If it is the mobo protection, it should beep or some bios alarm should of warned you before it resets. Is it doing it?

9 fans is a lot. Dont you need to wear ear plugs? Cos it does get noisy  . Also your temp is darn good for a Barton core. Im avg 40 in summer, should be lower in winter.

I say just rip the case off and point one of those portable room fans into the case if you're still stuck for ideas

like dnd said check you fans are running. if they are check the power supply voltages.

80C... that's far too hot, under full load it shouldn't go above 70, and should really be around 60.

YOu may find there's not enough thermal grease between the processor and chip, or that the heatsink/fan isn't seated properly.

No big bro, it doesnt glow under UV light (Yet!!) Its only standard coolant fluids so far, no UV dies have been added yet

80 degrees is not hot enough to be classed as overheat, you can crack the 100 with AMD cpu's, because they are cheap and damn nasty

Go on, flame me beyatches, ur just jealous because you cant have a fan failure and stop ur cpu from burning

I would actually look closer at the power supply if it is resetting, with an AMD cpu and a radeon (Especially a radeon with the auxillary power connector on the back of the card), you need at least a good quality 300W power supply, and personally I would recommend a 400W or higher.

Usually if your machine overheats, you will just get the motherboard screaming its nuts off when the temp alarm triggers, rather than rebooting the machine. The problem there looks more like a power delivery problem, where when you game, the load on the power supply increases (Yes it does fellas!!), and the machine reboots because it trips the power supply.

If you know anyone who has a higher rated power supply than you, borrow it for a day, put it in your machine, make sure that ur power cables and hard drive cables are all nicely zip-tied away from the cpu and vid card, make sure there is a nice amount of space for the warm air to rise through the case, and see if it makes a difference. If the rebooting stops, then it is most likely your power supply being underrated.
Nitrous is like a hot girl with STD's, you know you wanna hit it, but you are afraid of the consequences!
