just wondering who rents their land lines off other providers? and ho much they cost?


i dont use telstra for any of my calls, the line is only need for the internet..

It all depends on what calls you make and how many, have a look around the websites of the companies, but remember don't sign up to phone company ISPs, they suck.

I just switched to Slimeus. I worked for an agent of theirs once and they are a complete bunch of tossers, but they are cheaper than Helstra (no that being cheaper than Telstra is difficult)

Problem you will have though is that if you have a fault on your line Telstra won't talk to you, you have to bitch to whoever you change to and then they bitch to Telstra on your behalf.

I checked out optus as well, not such a great deal for me.

we have telstra for the line.. none of our phone calls are made with them..

we use a code to dial with another country..
