Beowulf looks the tits. I won't be buying chocolate at the candybar when I go to this film, as Angelina Jolie has already given me a bar.

Ironman will be a piece of crap. Even Jon Favreau (the director) was saying it's not the film he envisaged.

I Am Legend is a more faithful (textually) remake of Chuck Heston's The Omega Man. I've got a chub just waiting for this film.

The original AVP was pants. It was a cash cow to grab some dough from an already established market. The game, however, was fucking kickass. The movie left a lot to be desired.

Beowulf is a rehash of a Christopher Lambert movie of the same title. The original was "okay" for a B-grader. Still, I'm willing to look past that to see Angelina strutting her stuff

I liked the original Omega Man, although again with a classic film I saw the Simpson's parody of it before the original

Actually Beowulf is another of many movie incarnations of an 8th century poem. The 13th Warrior was another version. This one will be slightly more faithful than the Lambert one. Though it did kick arse.

Hmm, didn't know Beowulf or the 13th warrior were poems. 13th Warrior was good, nuff said. Still, I'd go see Beowulf. AVP:R would need some convincing (and by convincing, I mean the two female actors scantilly clad).

Has anyone seen Stardust? Apparently based on a novel by Neil Gaiman, if that rings any bells...

                              Yup. Good fun.

The wife took me to see it last weekend, it was her second viewing and she really enjoyed it.
