Barmaid fined over beer-can breast act

    24th October 2007, 17:00 WST

A Pinjarra barmaid who crushed beer cans between her breasts and hung spoons from her nipples has been fined, along with a second barmaid and the bar manager, with breaching the terms of their liquor licence. Luana De Faveri, 31, pleaded guilty in Mandurah Magistrates Court today to breaches of licence conditions under the Liquor Control Act.
Police charged her after De Faveri exposed her breasts to patrons in the Premier Hotel on two occasions in June this year, and crushed beer cans between her breasts during one of these occasions.
She was fined a total of $1000 for the two breaches of the Act.
Police said a second staff member, Tracey Amanda Leslie, 43, who was off duty at the time, assisted the licence breach by helping to hang spoons from De Faveri’s nipples. She was fined $500 after pleading guilty.
The bar manager at the time, Roy Williams, 43, was also fined $1000 after admitting he failed to stop the behaviour.
A Peel Police District spokesman said the result sent a clear message to all licensees in Peel that this type of behaviour would not be tolerated in licensed premises.

        for fucks sake
“Crashing is shit for you, shit for the bike, shit for the mechanics and shit for the set-up,” Checa told me a while back. “It’s a signal that you are heading in the wrong direction. You want to win but crashing is the opposite. It’s like being in France when you want to go to England and when you crash you go to Spain. That way you’ll never get to England!” -- Carlos Checa
