Call the cops and report it 131 888.

Ask them if it's ok if you can ride it. I rode for a while without a plate after some clown stole the plate. But I never got pulled over.

As LIT has said report it to police as if someone uses your plates this weekend , and racks up fines you won't be having to explain yourself

Reported it before posting here. I figure someone just took it to use for the DD weekend. Cops said I cant ride without the plate so cant use the bike till Wednesday at least.

Here's a hypothetical, what if you went out and found another two matching vehicles and took their plates. Now what if you put the 1st plate on the 2nd car, then the 2nd cars plate on yours and then put your plate away safe. When you got pulled over you could just play dumb, and obviously the other owners would have no idea. It could mean ages of racking up fines on someone elses plate before anyone clued on. .

Surely they would notice the car is regestered to a '49 year old female' that is oddly different to a '21 year old male' with a totally different last name, if they pulled the culprit over. For example.

I think there's a flaw in your masterplan somewhere.
