    Bike down on Beechboro Rd north

    Just got home and this is on the median strip in front of my house.

    Transperth driver was wanting to take his next right on wheatstone ave and tried to merge right, with 2 bikes in that lane. The rider on the crashed bike lost control and apparently ditched off the bike and it went up the curb and hit the tree. He then apparently got onto the second bike and they fled the scene together.

    God I hope this isn't someone's nicked bike.

    Bike was stolen from rick gill motorcycles, not sure about the second bike used as an escape vehicle, cops said they were joyriding.

    Took 3 close ups of the damage, definitely a honda CBR. good to hear it wasnt a member and I'm sure the shop has insurance for this type of thing.

      Hmm, rode past this too.
      Saw a bus in the right lane and every car trying to merge left, didn't notice the bike.

            The bike is already gone, was hours ago. The cops had organised a truck and he arrived before they left.

                    Maybe a number of years ago I may have thought the same but I think you'll be hard pressed to find a post on it.

                          So anyone wanting a a trackbike shortly can get a brand new CBR at the auctions by the looks of it
