Patrol officers from Cadiz county have just reported this:
Jerez de la Frontera Speedway is located twenty-one k's to the north of Cadiz, capital of the province of the same name. Cadiz is the major city of the area, and its where all the MotoGP riders are installed right now... Valentino Rossi has just been involved in a car crash near the exit n.646 on the N-IV road... the road surface was slippery, and the driver of the car(valentino was on the back of the car) lost control of the vehicle when its wheel hit a bump... the car collided against the guardrail and was hit by another car that was cruising on the road. all the people envolved in the accident are ok right now... the driver of rossi´s car was protected by the seat belt and airbags, but rossi only had the seat belt, and with the impact he broke his left arm and had injuries on his chest, he probably had some rib injuries.
But hey, that wasnt that bad... by the tire marks officers assure they were at least at 140km/h(87miles/h)...
