We all do stupid things.. maybe he didnt know there was cameras, maybe he didn't know the cops were aware of it.. maybe the tunnel is just like that little connecting street between jon sanders drive and scarb b road.. Hate to say it, but we do stupid things over and over on the same bit of road, what makes him so far out and stupid.. who here hasn't done over 200k's an hour on the streets more than 3 times in their biking life?
Hrmmm, maybe it was just a mixture of bad luck, (as in says in the report he was having problems with alcohol), maybe a girlfriend was stressing him out.. who knows.. I mean time and place, but I just dont think you can be so quick to judge and single out one person just cause there's video cameras in that place.mmmmm sacrilicious

it was obvious they were going to nail him for what he did.. they used up so much man power and setup a complete operation.. not like they're going to go.. ok son, that'll be $200 and 3 demerit points!
I do agree with Mastrmage though.. many times have I sped in certain areas because they are good to go through and well.. I do feel sorry for the chap because we know how easy it is to get up to high speeds and 6 months in jail is a very long time. I honestly can't see him speeding anymore after that though.Right now Im having amnesia and deja vu at the same time. I think Ive forgotten this before.

Yeah, car theifs and shit get less of a sentense.
The law is fucked up, cant they see they're punishing minor criminals rather than focussing on real stuff.. or is it just that they want their party to be responsible for "X number of prosecutions and X amount of revenue" in the 12 months they are in house.mmmmm sacrilicious

bit like those signs "Police are now targeting speeding, seatbelts etc etc"
when they going to see a sign... "Police are now targetting CRIMINALS" ?
This guy may be a bot of a hoon... bit an idiot... but it's a tunnel not like little kids are crossing the road.
Simply made an example of at the cost of the tax payer, while some guy sells herion to kids down the local park.
Total fucking bullshit

Total fucking bullshit
A guy who speeds on his bike gets the same penalty as a major insider trader.
However, someone who burgles others houses and bashes old grannies gets a supervision order.
Let's face it - we all know it's all about money

Our society survives because the people believe in the laws of the land. It would be impossible to police society if the majority of us did not believe in the law.
When laws are unfair and not believed in by the majority of the population (revenue oriented speeding offences?) our respect for the law and those that administer it will diminish and the threads of society will start to unravel.I am the old bloke on the black and yellow cbr1krr

dnd: I dont know how they do it, maybe they sling a bag over the back of the bike or put masking tape on it???
I've even heard some bikers have their registration tag on the corner of their licence plate so they can flick it around to cover half the numbers/letters!
Although sometimes it cant be helped, CADS mumma provides the perfect cover.mmmmm sacrilicious
