2 sets of cops lasering Plain St

I came past somewhere between 8:30am and 9am and there was a group of cops with a laser just over the hill near Bronte St, and then there was another group at the bottom of the hill.

Yes yes I know this is right near a cop shop and you shouldn't speed there anyway, but everyone does.
