Yep the popo are out on guildford rd enforcing the new speed limit, regardless of the fact that there are no signs anouncing a change in speed limit

Hiding underneath the pedestrian bridge at Ashfield Reserve corner Guildford Rd and Coulston Ave, I was lucky that they were both busy booking cars when I came flying up to that corner, they still both glared at me as I took the corner to go home

Maybe the "announcement" was in the local paper, probably enough for them, I noticed in the Joondalup times they're changing the "northern" 70kph zone on Grand Blvd to 50kph.. I think it said takes effect 17th Dec, in time for double demerits.
