Not sure what is going on there, but heaps of police directing traffic round that corner. It did not appear to be an accident, saw one cop taking a statement off a guy...

They were there for a long time too.
I went out a couple of times to see if I could see what the deal was but couldnt.
The young guy "accompanied' the officers away in one of the panel vans.Some say he eats sidchrome for breakfast
Some say he only showers on even days of the week
Some say he put an R1 motor in a coffee machine

Actually I can top it with Midland around 11:00am this morning.
East on Roe/Grt Northern 2x Highway Patrols with 3x cops doing their point and shoot campaign.
Then 1 Km further South on the Roe, 1x Unmarked and 2x Motorcycle cops doing he point and shoot campaign for both directions on the highway.
Then left onto Morrison Road over the train tracks and what do I see..
4x Cop Cars with 2x Cops inside each giving 8 cops just sitting around.
Was quite interesting to see.

Munches, perhaps to do with the bikies funeral mentioned elsewhere.
At about 11 or a little after, was on Gt E. Hwy waiting to cross Roe, when about 20 or so bikies went past, followed by a marked police car.
They all had a green light.
Lights go green for me, and just as I'm about to go, 2 Land cruisers and a sedan, all unmarked but with lights & sirens going, charge off after the bike convoy.
They were wearing balaclavas etc, so obviously the Terribly Rough Guys.
Hope it was a fun day for all.
