  • Gday mates!

    Hi all!

Been in Perth for almost 2 years and about to start working on my R-E licence. Currently own a 50cc scoot(16 y.o. son about to inherit it) till I get my R-E and enjoy riding around Perth suburbs. I have been riding for 37 years and can't wait to be on a 250. Thanks for your warm welcome, I'm sure I will enjoy your company.

    Cheers,
    Freewind

Welcome to PSB. I'd explain the rules to you, but that will spoil the fun

Good to meet you Stoneville, actually, this is my first scoot which I bought just last December. Been riding small bikes all my life though and always craved the thrill from bigger bikes. I'm getting there, woohoo!
              cheers

I reckon go for a CBR 250RR. Probably the fastest and most comfortable 250 on the road.

Possibly one with an upright riding position. Saw a Yamaha Zeal 250 four but not ready to buy yet.

Love the high revving CBR 250RR but I don't think my back would last after a couple of hours on it. The new 2011 CBR single cylinder though looks to have a more upright riding position and I would consider that when the time comes.
