    Newbie - '12 Ninja 250R -> Black w/ White Vinyl

    Hey Guys n Gals from PSB!

    My story: I've been driving a Bolwell Retro scooter for the last 3 - 4 years (aswell as a Mazda 121 Metro car) and have finally decided to upgrade, to a 2012 Ninja 250R ofcourse!!

    Have had 1, 2 hour lesson so far with Elite Motorcycle Training and absolutely loving it. After 3 years of using a scooter everyday for work, it was time for an upgrade. Already pretty comfortable with riding as the only thing that's new is the clutch/gears which I'm getting the hang of pretty quickly, also the instructor has told me to just go ahead and book the test, which i've done for the 24th of Feb '14! I'll let y'all know if I fail or pass. Couple years back I failed the 1st scooter test instantly by not having my helmet strapped up

    Also, before the test I'm going to Japan for a holiday, first time out of Australia, and will be back on the 10th of Feb which will give me another couple of weeks to get comfortable again ^_^ KAWASAKI HOMELAND!

    I hope to meet some friendly peeps who I can have cruise with or somfin somfin..

      Ah true where abouts? n how old are you? I do need someone to shadow me so I can ride again... no lessons or tests until Feb next year so only on learners at the moment

          It was just in regards to if he has had his license for over 4 years n such... if he was 20 - 21 that wouldn't be possible.

          Plus I was just asking, would like to know i guess, it wouldn't matter even if he was 80!

          EDIT: was just curious not trying to be offensive

            I've had my license for nearly 6 years, that should give you some idea.
