My interest in Motor bikes started over 30 years ago on the east coast of Aust where I raced Moto Cross and Superbikes for a while.
Raced under Yamaha banner for a few seasons in MotoCross but that caused a few problems because I had a Honda 900 superbike that I was racing, due to lack of support in superbikes I gave that away and put all my efforts into MotoX.
Due to broken back in 83 the bike went by the wayside for 8 years in which time I came to WA in 87 and in early 91 I manged to get back into bikes with MotoX.
In 91 I raced the 500 nationals went so so, in 94 started racing 4 strokes in MotoX which lead me to buy a Husaburg 501 which started the 4 stroke class we now have in the state. People were amazed at how well the 4 strokes went against the 2 strokes.
These days I just race Vets but still on National level and build bikes for myself and others with Road and MotoX bikes.
