  • Bsb 2014.

Both of the Lowes boys had an extremely good 2013 (Alex BSB & Sam WSSPT champs). Sam is off to Moto2, but I havent yet heard of any move for Alex.

Hopper has signed on at Tyco Suzuki and I have also just read that Josh Waters has also been signed to Tyco Suzuki (which should suit him!). Any news on where Josh Brookes might end up?

Should be another good year... Always some great battles going on!

Josh Brookes is apparently going to Milwaukee Yamaha, and they will also be retaining Tommy Bridewell.

James Ellison has gone to GB Moto on a Kawasaki with Chris Walker.

Samsung Honda team is still open at this time, with rumours Alex Lowes is going to the PBM MotoGP team.

Oh - what happened to Tommy Hill, since he won BSB a couple years back?

Alex is going to WSBK apparently with the fixi Suzuki Team..

        If I remember right..
Tommy Hill couldn't get a paid ride after winning the BSB and decided enough was enough as he was sick of paying through the nose to ride motorbikes

he's got a business up and going doing the Graphics for a lot of riders and teams..

          Didnt know that... Ta!

Knew he was into the Graphic design thing. He was designing his own helmet schemes and number graphics when he was still racing / winning.
Didnt know he was doing it for others since then, though.

So what's the deal with Milwaukee Yamaha for next season? They've now got Brookes aswell as Hutchinson and Bridewell. Are they running a three bike team in BSB next season? And what about their road racers William Dunlop and Cummins? Are they still with them for next season too? That is some team of riders if they're all staying with! Brookes and Hutchinson to enter the TT too maybe?

Brookes & Bridewell for the BSB.

Brookes & Hutchinson for select Irish RR / IOM TT / Macau GP events.

Connor Cummins is now part of the Honda Legends Team, replacing Michael Dunlop who didn't come to an agreement with Honda Legends. Michael has announced he's currently planning to take a sabbatical for the 2014 Racing season at this time, as he doesn't have a contract with any other team.

William Dunlop was only racing a Supersport 600 for the Milwaukee Yamaha team. I don't think he's been re-signed yet.

                Spot on...!

Although I did read that Michael Dunlop may have had a couple of offers pushed his way, they were not the 'right' offers, with the 'right' team. Basically offers on an uncompetitive package and he feels he is worth more. Shame, given some of his results this year.

Just read this morning that Ian Hutchinson has secured a full time ride in the BSB Championship for 2014 as part of the all new FFX Yamaha team. Interesting. Should shake things up a bit. Hopefully the bike is at the pointy end.

Should make up for the disappointment of not seeing him at this years TT.

There is no "Factory" Honda in the BSB for 2014. Samsung withdrew as the teams major sponsor, and with no riders, they decided to wait for 2015... In fact there are no confirmed Honda riders at all at this stage, with no entry yet from Padgetts or Bathams as the other Honda teams from 2013.

Ryuichi Kiyonari & James Westmoreland are on the Buildbase BMW's, who have proven that they can get the bikes working well last year with Westmoreland and Bridewell.

Ben Wilson & Gearlink Kawasaki have stepped up from Supersport to Superbike this year.

It will be interesting watching Wilson's frenetic style in the superbikes, he doesn't usually take any prisoners either!
