  • Silly Season!

It's that time of the year again were the rumour mill starts up regards next season

An artical I read today suggests Repsol Honda rider Nicky Hayden will move over to Yamaha and once again become Rossi's team mate. As some would remember Yamaha approched Hayden prior to him signing up for Honda, maybe Yamaha still has interest in Hayden.

Has anyone got other news, RUMOURS :?:

yeah they offered me the same contract as they offered Leroy, decided that i was better off staying here in WA , maybe next year !!

A few weird things in the contract they offered Leroy though,
          clause
1.b. Ex yamaha riders are exempt from having to finish races. and will awarded bonus payments for spectacular crashes.

2.c. All ex yamaha riders will be supplied with a silk G-string which they will wear on race days..............and it is to be worn backwards

2.d. A step ladder will be required on the grid prior to the start of the race as well as the tyre warmers.

3.a. At the end of each race the riders ego must be stroked and boosted by a qualified ego booster.

3.b. No teasing the rider under any circumstances.

4.d. Wet tyres can be fitted to the bike for days when the track is dry.

4.f. The bike must produce 30% more horsepower than his competitors.

apparently these were added in by Leroys manager and Honda couldn't satisfy all the clauses, oh well Leroy , better luck next year

oh for all those wondering , Leroy is managed by none other than Gohan :?

I see that Colin Edwards has signed with Yamaha for 2 years to be Rossi's team mate!

Also there is talk that Checa or Hopkins will take Troy Bayliss's ride next year.

                        What's next

                          Hodgson On The Move

Rumours are doing the arounds that Neil Hodgson (Ducati) will be moving series next year and joining Eric Bostrom in the Ducati Austin team to compete in the 2005 AMA Superbike Championship.

Could not cut it with the big boys  at least he is man enough to admit it. :?
