I've slowed down on my squats and overhead press. I find by only increasing weight by 2.5kg and doing 1 or 2 reps for 3 or 4 sets so you end up doing...

Doing good managed 3x135kg squats yesterday and a single of 140kg. seem to be hovering around the same weight but can definitely notice my gut is getting...
